Language Classes in Desoto, TX, Sharpen and Expand the Mind

Students Senior Students

Learning another language is a remarkable way to keep your mind sharp while capturing the essence of a different culture. At Renegade Silver Language Center, we offer Spanish language classes in Desoto, TX, for seniors. Spanish is considered one of the five languages of love, and it’s the second most spoken language in the country. Studying the words, phrases, and syntax of this classic language sharpens mental acuity, increases cognition, and helps in combating Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

Classes that Match Your Skills

Antonio, our founder, and teacher offers two levels of Spanish language classes. The introductory class focuses on recognizing and speaking common words. You will also learn basic grammar rules for speaking, writing, and understanding the language.

The second level course adds further grammar lessons, but that’s not all. You learn about Spanish culture, including unique customs and traditions. This class forms a perfect foundation for anyone traveling to a Spanish-speaking country.

These eight-week classes are held in the Desoto ISD administration building on the Wings campus, and all materials are supplied. Summer classes usually start in mid to late August, so sign up today.
